The new funds are: Lyxor ETF MSCI EMU Value on the MSCI EMU Value Index. The trading currency is EUR. Lyxor ETF MSCI EMU Small Cap on the MSCI EMU Small Cap Index. The trading currency is EUR. Lyxor ETF MSCI EMU Growth on the MSCI EMU Growth Index. The trading currency is EUR.

FTSE Group And Research Affiliates Reach Agreement With PowerShares For Fundamental Index ETF

FTSE Group (FTSE), the global index provider, and Research Affiliates, the creator of RAFI (Research Affiliates Fundamental Index), today announce that they have issued a license to PowerShares LLC to use the new FTSE RAFI US 1000 Index to create an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), which will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Subject to receiving SEC regulatory approval, the ETF is expected to launch before the end of 2005.

Deutsche Börse: The Personnel Committee will propose to the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG to appoint Reto Francioni as the company’s new CEO. Deutsche Börse made the announcement following a meeting of the Committee on Monday. The proposal is the result of an intensive and orderly search among top management in Europe and the USA. The Supervisory Board will decide on the appointment in its meeting on October 10.

Clearstream's Core Business Continues Growth In August 2005

Clearstream's core business areas saw further growth during August 2005 with the number of monthly international transactions processed rising 41.3 percent at 1.66 million compared to the same month last year (August 2004: 1.18 million). Of these transactions, 79 percent are Over the Counter (OTC) transactions and 21 percent are registered as stock exchange transactions.
