Stockholm Stock Exchange´s Disciplinary Committee Fines Two Listed Companies And One Member Company

Fastighets AB Balder (under its former name of Enlight AB) and NOTE AB have been fined for breaches of the companies´ listing agreement with the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Balder failed to correctly disclose a forecast adjustment and NOTE issued price-sensitive information at a meeting with analysts. Fischer Partners Fondkommission AB has been fined for breaching the rules pertaining to the placement of orders by member companies.

The London Stock Exchange today successfully migrated the constituents of the FTSE UK AIM50 Index, together with the 100 remaining Main Market FTSE Small Cap Index constituents, to its SETSmm trading system.

NYBOT Seat Prices Rushing Toward $500,000

A full seat at the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) sold today for a record high of $490,000, $21,000 more than the previous record of $469,000 set on November 15. Seat values have surged upward 40% in 2005 from an early January price of $350,000.
New York Mercantile Exchange To Reduce Size Of NYMEX miNYTM Natural Gas Futures Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., announced today that it will reduce the size of its NYMEX miNYTM natural gas futures, beginning with the February 2006 contract.

Four new shares have qualified for the new OMXCB portfolio: DLH B, Gyldendal B, Live Networks Holding and Keops. Three shares will exit the index: Alm.
