Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Friday 10th February 2006: Fresenius Medical Care AG (Germany, SEDOL: 5129074, GICS: Health Care), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, shares will increase to 95,929,473 and IWF (Investable Weight Factor) will change from 0.4924 to 0.6296. Effective as of February 6, 2006, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. ("CME"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. ("CME Holdings") entered into an employment agreement with John P. Davidson III to serve as Managing Director and Chief Corporate Development Officer. The term of the agreement is from February 6, 2006 through February 6, 2009.
