Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, August 15, 2006: Pathfinder Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:PHR) will be removed from the index. The company will merge with Bayswater Ventures Corp. (TSXVN:BVE)following a plan of arrangement. Bayswater Ventures Corp. (TSXVN:BVE) will change its name to Bayswater Uranium Corporation. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol "BAY" and the new CUSIP
