The Financial Services Authority has fined stockbrokers Hoodless Brennan Plc (Hoodless) for using unacceptable sales practices and failing to treat its customers fairly when selling shares in a company called Knowledge Technology Solutions Plc (KTS) on 12 June and 25 July 2003.

Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investment (mai) announced a net profit of THB 649 million (approx. USD 17.08 million) for 37 listed companies, with 8 recording over 100% profit growth. H1/2006 overall results included THB 12,878 million (approx. USD 338.89 million) in sales, up 11% y-o-y.

Hatfield, two former officers of DHB Industries, Inc., a major supplier of body armor to the United States military and law enforcement agencies. NYMEX To Extend Contract Months For Natural Gas Basis Futures Contracts On NYMEX ClearPort®

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., announced today that it will extend the contract months for 32 natural gas basis swap futures contracts on NYMEX ClearPort beginning on August 20 for trade date August 21. Trading in these contracts is available for the 36 consecutive months but will be extended to 72 consecutive months.
