Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes to the S&P/HKEx LargeCap Index as part of the September quarterly rebalancing and annual Investible Weight Factors review. Please refer to the table attached for adjustments, which include changes of index constituent shares and IWFs. The changes listed below will become effective after the close of trading Thursday September 28, 2006.

NYSE Euronext, Inc. today has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a Form S-4 Registration Statement related to the proposed merger of NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) and Euronext N.V. This filing is an SEC requirement applicable to the NYSE Euronext business combination. The filing is subject to SEC review and remains subject to completion.
NYMEX To Hold Special Meeting Of Shareholders

NYMEX Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has filed a definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to its initial public offering. NYMEX will hold a Special Meeting of shareholders on Thursday, October 12, 2006 to vote on the initial public offering. NYMEX will mail the definitive proxy statement to all of its shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2006.
NYMEX To Change Position Limits For Copper Futures Contract

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. today announced it will increase the spot month position limit for its copper futures contract to 250 contracts from 175 contracts, effective at the close of business on September 28.
NYMEX And COMEX Governors Sign Agreement For Comex Trading Rights

NYMEX Holdings, Inc. announced today that, along with its exchange subsidiaries New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. and Commodity Exchange, Inc., it has signed a transaction agreement with the COMEX Governors Committee regarding the COMEX Division member rights, including electronic trading rights.
Norton Rose Announces New Derivatives Partner In London
