Deutsche Börse: Gagfah Replaces Fielmann In MDAX - Deutsche Börse Reviews Index Composition - Changes Are Effective On 18 December

On Tuesday, Deutsche Börse has decided on changes in its equity indices MDAX® and SDAX® that will take effect on 18 December. Gagfah will be included in the MDAX and will replace Fielmann. Gagfah was admitted on the basis of the so-called fast-entry rule, because the company is ranked 40th or higher in terms of both market capitalization and trading volume.

NYSE Group, Inc. today announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently issued final approval of several pending rule filings allowing for full Phase III implementation of the NYSE Hybrid MarketSM. SEC Files Emergency Enforcement Action To Halt $18.2 Million Cross-Border Prime Bank Scheme - Arlington, Va., Company Solicited Investors In British Columbia And Pacific Northwest

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed an emergency action yesterday against Daniel Eric Byer, Malcolm Cameron Boyd Stevenson, Preston David Pinkett II, and International Fiduciary Corp., S.A. (IFC). The Commission alleged that the defendants defrauded over 180 investors in a fraudulent "prime bank" scheme that appears to have raised at least $18.2 million to date.
