According to the "Notice of Adjusting Stamp Duty Rate for Securities (Stock) Transfer" of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation, each party to a transfer deed on purchase, sale, inheriting and gifting of A or B shares shall be subject to a 1‰ stamp duty rate for securities (stock) transfer on or after April 24, 2008.
