UK Financial Conduct Authority Analysis Reveals There Are Fewer Than 1 Million Interest-Only Mortgages Outstanding

The number of interest-only (750,000) and part-interest-only (245,000) mortgages has halved since 2015, new FCA analysis has found. The fall is a result of borrowers moving in greater numbers onto repayment loans or repaying earlier than expected.

The Derivatives Service Bureau (DSB), the global golden source of reference data for Over the Counter (OTC) derivatives, announces today that users of the Unique Product Identifier (UPI) User Acceptance Test (UAT) environment can now search and create UPIs using a range of Alternative Underlier IDs. This enhancement follows the implementation of the DSB’s reference data solution provided in partnership with The Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA) Service Bureau (ASB) and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) as reference data providers, and with SmartStream as a reference data aggregator.

All of Qatar Stock Exchange listed companies have disclosed their financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023, the results show a net profit of QR 24.55 billion compared to QR 27.66 billion for the same period last year, a decrease by 11.22%.
