  • Athens Exchange: Short Selling Notification Obligation

    According to Decision no. 485/23 by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, dated September 23, 2008 physical or legal entities that open a short position over a particular share that exceeds 0.10% of a listed company’s total number of shares, amongst others, must immediately, notify this position to Athens Exchange (and in any case by no later than 17:00 hours local time next day).
