Central Japan Commodity Exchange Approved As A Specified Exchange In Malaysia
Bursa Malaysia announced on May 6 in its Circular #26/2008 that the Security Commission of Malaysia (SC Malaysia) approved the Central Japan Commodity Exchange (C-Com) as a Specified Exchange and its futures contracts as an approved class of futures contracts. It went into effect on the same date. As a result of this designation, derivatives brokers in Malaysia are now permitted to trade futures contracts in the C-COM markets without any restrictions.
