Bursa Malaysia Announced New One Hour Trading Halt To Increase Trading Efficiency - Effective 3 August 2009

Bursa Malaysia today announced that effective 3rd August 2009, the trading halt of stocks for the purpose of disseminating material announcements by listed companies will be shortened to one hour from one trading session currently. This will benefit listed companies as there will only be a minimal disruption of their securities from being traded. NYSE Liffe To Launch New Options On Euribor And Sterling

Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced that Argentina, Colombia, Croatia, Lebanon, Mauritius, Nigeria, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Tunisia and Ukraine will be added to the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index universe.
