The Securities and Exchange Commission has obtained an emergency court order halting an alleged offering fraud conducted by a purported trader in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The order was unsealed by the court today.

CME Group Announces Record Volume For Benchmark Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) Options Contracts

CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse energy marketplace, today announced the third record volume for its global benchmark Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) options contracts since the beginning of 2011. On Wednesday, Feb. 23, WTI options reached a record 324,655 contracts, surpassing the previous record of 294,411 contracts set on Jan. 31, which represents a 10.3 percent increase from the prior record.

Good morning. This meeting will come to order. This is a public meeting of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to consider issuance of proposed rulemakings under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act regarding:

• Requirements for prompt and efficient processing for clearing and for the transfer of customer positions;
• Conforming amendments to Part 4 of Commission Regulations regarding commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors; and
• Conforming amendments to Part 3 of Commission Regulations regarding registration of intermediaries.
