    Today ASX Limited (ASX) has filed a Concise Statement in Response (Concise Response) to the proceedings brought by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) in the Federal Court on 13 August 2024. ASIC alleges that by making certain statements to the market on 10 February 2022 in relation to the previous CHESS replacement project, ASX contravened sections of the ASIC Act 2001 relating to misleading or deceptive conduct, and false or misleading representations.

    This notice is hereby given on matters related to the delivery of the 5-year, 10-year, 2-year, and 30-year China government bond (CGB) futures contracts due for settlement in December 2024:

    1. The last trading day of 5-year, 10-year, 2-year, and 30-year CGB futures contracts is the second Friday of the expiry month. Where the last trading day is a public holiday or trading of the contracts is suspended on that day for extraordinary situations or other reasons, the last trading day shall be postponed to the following trading day. The last trading day of the TF2412, T2412, TS2412, and TL2412 contracts is December 13, 2024.
