    Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) released an announcement on requesting public comments on the revised TSR 20 futures contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the other implementing rule, as shown below:

    According to the Futures and Derivatives Law, Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, and other applicable rules and regulations, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) proposes to revise the Standard TSR 20 Futures Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and is requesting public comments on above revisions.

    • The IF2601 CSI 300 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on November 24, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 4440.8.
    • The IC2601 CSI 500 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on November 24, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 6790.2.
    • The IM2601 CSI 1000 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on November 24, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 7036.2.
    • The IH2601 SSE 50 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on November 24, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 2950.2.

  • CFTC Swaps Report Update

    Date 20/11/2025

    The processing and publication of the Weekly Swaps Report was interrupted from October 1 – November 12 due to a lapse in federal appropriations. Following a return to normal operations, the CFTC will resume publication of the Weekly Swaps Reports in chronological order. Beginning November 14, 2025, the report will be published at an increased frequency until the normal schedule is resumed.

    The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California entered a final judgement against Safeguard Metals LLC and Jeffrey Ikahn (aka Jeffrey Santulan and Jeffrey Hill) ordering them to pay $25.6 million in restitution to victims and a $25.6 million civil monetary penalty for operating a nationwide, precious metals fraud.
