IOSCO Publishes Recommendations For Securitisation Regulation

Moscow Exchange And Deutsche Börse Sign Letter Of Intent Planning Strategic Partnership

Today Deutsche Börse and Moscow Exchange signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The exchange organizations agreed on a strategic co-operation and an extensive exchange of information in order to facilitate the further development of the financial markets. Furthermore the co-operation intends to foster and extend the links between the financial centers Moscow and Frankfurt.

BM&FBOVESPA announced today the winning institutions in the competitive bidding process to select market makers for BM&FBOVESPA S.A. (BVMF3) and Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais S.A. (USIM5) equity options. The mandatory activity as market maker will have a 12 months timeframe, as of December 13, 2012.

Oslo Børs has performed it’s the semiannualy revision of the composition of the Benchmark Index (OSEBX). The revisions means the number of shares in the index will be unchanged from 1 December. EMGS and Songa Offshore are included in the index, while Funcom and Photocure are removed.
European Data Protection Supervisor: Responsibility In The Cloud Should Not Be Up In The Air

Today, the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) adopted his opinion on the Commission Communication on "Unleashing the potential of Cloud Computing in Europe" in which the Commission proposes key actions and policy steps to speed up the use of cloud computing services in Europe. The EDPS Opinion not only reacts to the Communication but also highlights the data protection challenges created by cloud computing and how the proposed Data Protection Regulation will tackle them when the reformed rules come into effect.
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen Switches To OMXC20 CAP As Main Blue Chip Index
