CFFEX: Notice On Delivery Of Equity Index Futures And Options Contracts

The following equity index futures and options contracts are delivered on February 19, 2024 at their respective final settlement prices:

• IF2402 CSI 300 index futures contracts and the IO2402 series CSI 300 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 3387.81;
• IC2402 CSI 500 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 5105.38;
• IM2402 CSI 1000 index futures contracts and the MO2402 series CSI 1000 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 4985.47;
• IH2402 SSE 50 index futures contracts and the HO2402 series SSE 50 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 2362.96.

As part of its keen efforts to pay shareholders of locally listed public joint-stock companies their unclaimed dividends prior to March 2015 or the cash held in dormant accounts opened with brokerage firms, the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has the pleasure to announce that it welcomes payment requests to satisfy investor needs and ensure the delivery of fast services that meet investor expectations. The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) today warned the public of several suspicious investment products – namely, “程式自由仁 - Free Guy - 帳戶託管”, “Gold Scalper黃金獵人” and “Gold Champ帳戶托管” (collectively as the Products) – involving automatic trading systems which invest in gold contracts for differences (CFD) and foreign exchange (forex).

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad [Registration No.: 200301033577 (635998-W)] (Bursa Malaysia Securities) has publicly reprimanded CN ASIA Corporation Bhd (CNASIA) and seven (7) of its directors for breach of Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR). In addition, the seven (7) directors of CNASIA were imposed total fines of RM225,000.

• The IM2404 CSI 1000 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on February 20, 2024 at the listing benchmark price of 4935.8.
• The IH2404 SSE 50 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on February 20, 2024 at the listing benchmark price of 2349.4.
• The IO2405 series CSI 300 index options contracts are scheduled to be listed on February 20, 2024.
• The MO2405 series CSI 1000 index options contracts are scheduled to be listed on February 20, 2024.

NZX Dark And Self-Match Prevention: Notice Of Rule And Procedure Amendments

US Financial Stability Oversight Council Meetings

On Friday, February 23, Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen will preside over a meeting of the Financial Stability Oversight Council (Council) at the Treasury Department. The meeting will consist only of an executive session. The preliminary agenda for the executive session includes the Securities and Exchange Commission’s regulatory agenda; recent banking and commercial real estate developments; the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s proposed rule to define larger participants of a market for general-use digital consumer payment applications; the Council’s priorities for 2024; and the Office of Financial Research’s work to collect data on non-centrally cleared bilateral repurchase agreement transactions.
