    The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has announced the addition of four new stocks to the market making programme. The new additions are: Portland Paints & Products Nigeria Plc; ABC Transport Plc; Glaxo SmithKline Consumer Nigeria Plc and Stanbic IBTC Holdings. The new additions bring the number of stocks that have been rolled out by the initiative to 52.

    CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) and S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that they have finalized an amendment to their license agreement that extends Chicago Board Options Exchange's (CBOE) exclusive rights to list security options contracts based on certain indices calculated and published by S&P Dow Jones Indices through 2032, and non-exclusive rights through 2033.

    The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has concluded arrangements to introduce the first ever Issuers’ Portal in the Nigerian Capital Market known as X-Issuer. The new portal, which will be formally launched on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the MUSON Centre in Lagos, is one of a number of new regulatory initiatives of The NSE that will allow online information submission for enhanced interaction between the Exchange and listed companies.
