Finansinspektionen - Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority - Skandiabanken: Adverse Remark Issued And Administrative Fine Of SEK 10 Million Imposed

There have been inadequacies in the investment advice that Skandiabanken Aktiebolag has provided through tied agents. The bank has not complied with the rules applicable for receiving commission nor dealt with conflicts of interest in the correct manner. An adverse remark is consequently issued to the bank and an administrative fine of SEK 10 million imposed.

CFTC’s Division Of Clearing And Risk Issues No-Action Letter For Korea Exchange, Inc.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (Commission) Division of Clearing and Risk (DCR) today issued a time-limited no-action letter stating that DCR will not recommend that the Commission take enforcement action against Korea Exchange, Inc. (KRX) for failing to register as a derivatives clearing organization (DCO) pursuant to Section 5b(a) of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA).

The Federal Reserve Board today announced the availability of data that can be used to evaluate the individual systemic footprint of 33 large U.S. bank holding companies. The data will help to ensure comparability when evaluating the systemic risk profile of each banking organization.

First Non-Trading Broker Admitted At EEX

With effect from 23 June 2014, EEX admitted OTCex SA, Paris, as first Non-Trading Broker on the EEX Derivatives Markets for Power, Natural Gas, Emissions and Coal. As a Non-Trading Broker, the company is entitled to enter Trade Registration transactions on behalf and in the name of EEX participants in the trading system, without himself being admitted as an exchange participant.

Moscow Exchange: Changes To Order Filling Procedure For OFZ Auctions

The procedure for filling orders at Finance Ministry OFZ auctions is to change from 2 July 2014. The Finance Ministry"s initiative aims to minimise the risk of non competitive orders being filled at prices that differ significantly from the current market conditions.

EnterNext, the Euronext subsidiary dedicated to promoting and growing the market for SMEs[1], today congratulated France’s top gold producer Auplata on its successful €6.7 million bond issue on Alternext Paris. Launched on 3 June 2014 and ended 20 June 2014, the issue was open to individual and institutional investors. Bonds began trading on 26 June 2014.
