NYSE Liffe Sets Daily Volume Record In FTSE 100 Index Futures

IntercontinentalExchange Group (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, today announced that NYSE Liffe reached a daily volume record of 862,468 contracts in FTSE 100 Index futures on March 18, 2014. The previous record of 822,496 contracts was set on March 17, 2009.

Moscow Exchange: Minimum Initial Margin For Rostelecom Futures Ords To Be Increased

Trading in Rostelecom ords and prefs on Moscow Exchange's Equity Market, as well as deposit operations with the National Settlement Depositary in those securities, are to be suspended from (preliminarily) 26 March through 1 April. This is due to reorganisation of Rostelecom by segregating assets to its RT-Mobile subsidiary. Trading in DRs representing Rostelecom shares will also be suspended during this period.
