Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) announced the arrangements for the adjustment to PICC Property and Casualty Co. Ltd. (PICC Property and Casualty) structured products, futures and options to account for PICC Property and Casualty's proposed rights issue.

ICE Endex Introduces Belgian ZTP Natural Gas Futures

Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, today announced that ICE Endex, the leading energy exchange in continental Europe, successfully launched Belgian ZTP Natural Gas futures contracts on November 4, 2014. The first Belgian gas futures contract offered for trading is the December 2014 contract and the contracts extend through January 2017.

UK's Financial Conduct Authority: Former Swinton Executives Fined And Banned From Senior Roles After Insurance Add-Ons Mis-Selling

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined three former senior executives of Swinton Group Limited (Swinton) £928,000. The FCA’s action follows previous enforcement action taken against Swinton: in 2013 it was fined £7.4m after it adopted an aggressive sales strategy that resulted in mis-sales of monthly add-on insurance policies; and in 2009 the firm was fined £770,000 for failures in its sales of PPI.

• The value of session trading in equities on the Main Market was PLN 18.4 billion in October 2014, a decrease of 15.6% year on year.
• The value of session trading on NewConnect increased by 8.2% year on year and reached PLN 830.2 million in January-October 2014.
• The total value of trading on Catalyst was PLN 310.3 million in October 2014, an increase of 28.2% year on year.
• The value of cash transactions on TBSP increased by 17.7% year on year to PLN 32.9 billion in October 2014.
• The value of trading in structured products increased by 101.5% year on year and reached PLN 478.1 million in January-October 2014.
• The volume of trading in electricity was 20.5 TWh in October 2014, an increase of 14.9% year on year.
• The volume of trading in property rights to certificates of origin increased by 96.8% from 1.5 TWh in October 2013 to 3.0 TWh in October 2014.
• The total volume of trading in gas was 24.0 TWh in October 2014, compared to 0.1 TWh in October 2013.
