Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market Bulletin 19 January, 2015, Issue 1

Last week, Shenzhen Component Index stood at 11532.8 points after adding 1.8%. SME Index edged up 3.9% to 5890.8 points. ChiNext Index advanced 5.6% to 1639.6 points. Total turnover for stocks and funds on SZSE was US$167.5 billion, or a 23.4% decrease from the week before.

The Spanish Retail Company Hipercor S.A. Lists Its First Bond On Irish Stock Exchange

Hipercor S.A., one of the most prominent retail chains in Spain, will today list its first debt issuance on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The €500m 3.875% notes due 2022 bond are guaranteed by its parent company El Corte Ingles and will list on the Main Securities Market (MSM). Hipercor S.A. is the latest in a series of Spanish corporate and financial institutions that has chosen to list on the ISE, including: Banco Santander, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) and Acciona.

ACER Launches A Public Consultation On The Oil & Gas UK Proposal To Retain The UK Gas Day

From 19 January 2015 to 9 February 2015 the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) is running a public consultation on the UK Gas upstream industry proposal to retain the UK gas day for the UK and the Republic of Ireland through an amendment of the Network Codes on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms (NC CAM) and Balancing (NC BAL). Danmarks Nationalbank Interest Rate Reduction

Effective from 20 January 2015, Danmarks Nationalbank's lending rate and interest rate on certificates of deposit are reduced by 0.15 percentage point. The discount rate and the current account rate are unchanged.
