Qatar Stock Exchange And Iridium Establish First Investor Relations Excellence Program

Qatar Stock Exchange today becomes the region’s first stock exchange to launch a program that rewards excellence in Investor Relations. The program surveys the expert opinion of the domestic and international investment community to identify companies and individuals who display best practice. The program also features a detailed ranking of corporate investor relations websites. Qatar Stock Exchange will host a special event in December 2015 to announce the results.

Federal Court Orders California Residents Christopher Valois And Cynthia Wong And Their Companies To Pay Over $1.1 Million For Fraud And Registration Violations

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that Judge Cormac J. Carney of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California entered an Order of Default Judgment against Defendants Christopher Valois andCynthia Wong, both residents of Irvine, California, and their companies, Bertram Trade LLC and Churchhill Commodities Trading LLC. The Order requires the Defendants jointly to pay restitution of $448,371 and a $700,000 civil monetary penalty. The Order also imposes permanent trading and registration bans against them.

Reference is made to the announcement made by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEx” or “Guarantor”) and HKEx International Limited (“Issuer”) jointly on 24 April 2015 in relation to an aggregate principal amount of US$167,879,000 (approximately HK$1,301,582,674.90), representing approximately 33.58 per cent of the initial aggregate principal amount of the US$500,000,000 0.50 per cent convertible bonds due 2017 (“Bonds”) constituted under the trust deed dated 23 October 2012 (as amended and restated effective 17 December 2012), which had been converted and cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.

New Methodologies For Moscow Exchange's Equity Indices To Take Effect
