British Columbia Securities Commission Panel Fines And Orders Permanent Bans Against Two B.C. Residents

A British Columbia Securities Commission panel has fined and ordered permanent bansagainst Michael Patrick Lathigee and Earle Douglas Pasquill for perpetrating frauds. Lathigee and Pasquill jointly directed and controlled a group of companies called the Freedom Investment Club (FIC Group). The FIC Group included FIC Real Estate Projects Ltd., FIC Foreclosure Fund Ltd., and WBIC Canada Ltd.

Alberta Securities Commission Finds Douglas Campbell, Atlantic Tides Incorporated And Atlantic Tides Mortgage Investment Corp. Made Misrepresentations To Investors

The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has found that Douglas Gordon Campbell, Atlantic Tides Incorporated (ATI) and Atlantic Tides Mortgage Investment Corp. (ATMIC) each breached Alberta securities laws by making misrepresentations to prospective and existing investors.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that Magistrate Judge Jacquelyn D. Austin of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina entered an additional Order of permanent injunction against Robert Stanley Harrison of Easley, South Carolina, permanently banning him from engaging in commodity-related activity.

Deutsche Börse: Unscheduled Adjustment In MDAX: CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA To Replace TUI AG

Deutsche Börse today announced adjustments to its indices MDAX and SDAX. Upon request of the company, the shares of TUI AG will be delisted from the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Executive Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is expected to decide on this request on 31 March 2015. Subject to its approval the following changes will become effective on 1 April 2015.
