Irish Stock Exchange: New Online Process For ISIN Applications Coming In June

A new online application process for all unlisted ISIN is being introduced in mid-June 2015. It will operate via the ISE’s online portal www.isedirect.ie.

Irish Stock Exchange: ING Groep, The Dutch Banking Corporation, Lists Additional Tier 1 Capital On GEM

ING Groep, the Dutch banking and financial services corporation, has listed its additional tier 1 (AT1) capital on the Irish Stock Exchange’s (ISE) Global Exchange Market (GEM). The debt listings of $1bn and $1.25bn have a coupon rate of 6% and 6.5% respectively.

CFTC Charges Matthew J. Marcus And His California Company, Tech Power, Inc., And John D. Briner And His Canadian Law Firm, MetroWest Law Corp., With A Money Pass Scheme Involving More Than 1,200 Single Stock Futures Trades

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that it filed a civil enforcement action in federal court in Chicago against Matthew J. Marcus of California and his company,Tech Power, Inc. (Tech Power), a Nevada corporation located in California, and John D. Briner, an attorney residing in Vancouver, Canada, and his company, MetroWest Law Corporation (MetroWest), a Canadian law firm. The CFTC Complaint charges the four Defendants with engaging in fictitious single stock futures transactions on OneChicago LLC (OneChicago) and trading non-competitively. 

APX Group And EPEX SPOT Integrate Their Businesses - Integration To Foster Creation Of Pan-European Power Market

The Power Exchanges EPEX SPOT and APX Group, including Belpex, intend to integrate their businesses in order to form a Power Exchange for Central Western Europe (CWE) and the UK. Both companies have signed respective agreements.

On 15 April 2015 the Governing Council approved amendments to the initial list of agencies located in the euro area issuing securities that are eligible for the PSPP. The list is available on the ECB’s website.
