Xetra/Börse Frankfurt: Tele Columbus AG IPO In Prime Standard
Tele Columbus AG (ISIN: DE000TCAG172) has been listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 23 January. A total of 51,022,500 shares were placed in the IPO, of which about 33.3 million were new shares from a capital increase. The total issue volume including greenshoe was approximately €510 million. The initial listing price was €10.70; the issue price was €10.00.

Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Granted Foreign Board Of Trade Registration By US CFTC - Participants Located In The US May Now Directly Access CME GLOBEX® To Trade On Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Products
Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) today announced that Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad (“BMD”) has been granted registration as a Foreign Board of Trade (“FBOT”) by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) pursuant to Section 4(b)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Part 48 of the CFTC’s regulations. An Order of Registration has been issued by the CFTC to BMD on 22 January 2015 in Washington D.C. With this Order, BMD may now permit identified members and other participants located in the U.S. to enter trades directly into its electronic order entry and trade matching system on CME GLOBEX® to trade BMD products.

CFTC Issues Order Of Registration For The Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading Limited
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) announced today that it has issued an Order of Registration to the Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading Limited (SGX-DT), a Foreign Board of Trade located in Singapore. Under the Order, SGX-DT is permitted to provide its identified members or other participants located in the U.S. with direct access to its electronic order entry and trade matching system to trade equity index, interest rate, commodity and foreign exchange futures and options contracts.

SGX Receives Approval From Commodity Futures Trading Commission As Registered Foreign Board Of Trade
Singapore Exchange (SGX) is pleased to receive approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a registered Foreign Board of Trade (FBOT). The FBOT registration provides legal certainty to U.S. customers with direct access to SGX’s comprehensive suite of Asian equity derivatives and commodities offerings and trading infrastructure. SGX was the first in Asia to receive the Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) status from the CFTC in 2013.
