BME: Inmofam 99 Socimi To Start Trading On MAB On 21 December - The 27th REIT To List On MAB

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the MAB has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on INMOFAM 99 SOCIMI,stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market, following a review of all the information presented by the company.

CEESEG Increases Stake In Prague Stock Exchange To 99.4%

The holding company CEESEG Aktiengesellschaft (CEESEG) announced the acquisition of a 6.560% stake in the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE) from MONETA Money Bank, a.s. thereby increasing CEESEG’s total stake in PSE to 99.355%. Moneta Money Bank, a.s. is publicly listed at the Prague Stock Exchange. The transaction was completed yesterday evening, 14 December 2016. The price of the transaction amounts to CZK 135 million.

Finansinspektionen’s stress test method to determine the capital planning buffers for the major banks, credit market companies and securities companies is divided into general overarching methodologies and a specific calibration of risk parameters. The specific calibration of risk parameters can be changed by FI on a year-by-year basis. FI has opted to openly account post-ex for the specific calibration of risk factors every year. This memorandum describes the calibration that was used during the supervisory review and evaluation process (SREP) for 2016.

EPEX SPOT Successfully Launches First Auction Of French Capacity Market - Capacity Guarantees Were Traded For 999,98 Euros On 15 December 2016

The first auction of French capacity guarantees has successfully taken place on the European Power Exchange EPEX SPOT. 29 members traded a total of 226 358 capacity guarantees corresponding to 22 635,8 MW (22,6 GW). A reference price of 999,98 Euros per capacity guarantee was determined for the contract 2017.
