Theodor Weimer has been appointed for three years as new Chief Executive Officer at today's meeting of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG. In January, 57-year-old Weimer will take over from CEO Carsten Kengeter who leaves the company at the end of 2017. Weimer is currently spokesman of the Management Board of HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Bank AG (Munich).

Ras Al Khaimah Courts (RAK Courts) and Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts (ADGM Courts) entered into an agreement today to collaborate on efforts and initiatives that enhance the legal and judicial services and uphold the high judicial standards in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by H.E Chancellor Ahmed Mohammed Al-Khattari, Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department and Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Global Market and Lord Hope of Craighead KT, Chief Justice of ADGM Courts.

Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services, launched the NYSE FANG+™ Index futures contract on ICE Futures U.S.^(R) on November 8, 2017. The new contract had over 2,000 contracts trade in the first week.
