DSB Announces First Technology Advisory Committee On 27th June

The Derivatives Service Bureau today published the agenda of the first meeting of its new Technology Advisory Committee. Topics of discussion range from infrastructure issues regarding the stability and resiliency of the DSB platform to usability issues related to download formats and increased efficiency. Many of these topics derive from industry feedback in the most recent initial industry consultation on the 2019 fee model and user contract.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Guangdong High-tech Enterprise Restructuring And Listing Training Meeting Held In Guangdong Financial High-Tech Zone

On June 14th, the Guangdong High-tech Enterprise Restructuring and Listing Training Meeting was held in the Guangdong Financial High-tech Zone by SZSE, the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, the Financial Affairs Office of Guangdong, and CSRC Guangdong Bureau. Peng Ming, deputy general manager of SZSE, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. A total of more than 300 representatives from science and technology departments and financial departments of prefectural-level and above, National High-tech Zone Administrative Committees, and over 160 high-tech enterprises attended the meeting.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange Fully Deepens Cooperation With Capital Markets In South Asia

On June 15, 2018, the CSACF (short for “China-South Asia Cooperation Forum”) Financial Cooperation and Development Strategy Seminar was held in Kunming. Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter as “SZSE”) was invited to attend and gave a keynote speech. SZSE’s representative introduced that under the unified leadership of China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter as “CSRC”), SZSE will focus on developing the in-depth cooperation with the capital markets in South Asia, to make better use of the capital markets in serving the Belt and Road construction.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange Issues Implementation Measures For The Listing And Trading Of Pilot Innovative Companies’ Shares Or Depositary Receipts And Relevant Transaction Rules To Guarantee Materialization Of Pilot Domestic Listing For Innovative Companies

In order to implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee, and the State Council, tap on the multi-tiered capital market to serve the real economy and strengthen its internationalization, SZSE officially issued on June 15 the Implementation Measures on the Listing and Trading of Pilot Innovative Companies’ Shares or Depositary Receipts (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Measures), and the Notice on Amendments to Articles 1.1 and 1.2 of the Rules Governing Share Listing on SZSE, the Implementation Rules on the Online Offering of IPO in the SZSE Market (Revised in 2018), the Implementation Rules on the Offline Offering of IPO in the SZSE Market (Revised in 2018), the Guidelines on the Content and Format of Listing Announcements of Red-chip Companies’ Depositary Receipts in SZSE, the Mandatory Provisions on Risk Disclosure Statement for the Trading of Shares or Depositary Receipts of Pilot Innovative Companies, and the Working Rules of the Listing Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Revised in 2018). These business rules are made according to such departmental regulations and normative rules as China Securities Regulatory Commission’s Notice on Several Opinions on the Pilot Domestic Offering of Shares or Depositary Receipts by Innovative Companies Distributed by the General Office of the State Council (hereinafter referred to as Several Opinions) and the CRSC’s Administration Measures for the Offering and Trading of Depositary Receipts (Trial) and come into force as from the date of issuance.
