EBA Issues First Binding Mediation Decision Between The SRB And The NBR

The European Banking Authority (EBA) publishes today its first binding mediation decisions between two resolution authorities, the Single Resolution Board (SRB) and the National Bank of Romania (NBR). The decisions were issued following a request from the NBR for the EBA to assist in settling a dispute with the SRB concerning the resolution planning for two banking groups.

Settlement Of MOEX Precious Metals Futures Contracts In June 2018

Please note that in June 2018, the final settlement price of the MOEX precious metals futures contracts is set to equal the fixing price of the relevant precious metal that will be established by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) on the contract settlement day in the period specified in the Contract’s list of parameters and provided to the Exchange via its data source. The fixing price is in USD per one (1) troy ounce.

IMF General Legal Counsel Sean Hagan To Retire

The International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) General Counsel, Sean Hagan, will retire at the end of October, Managing Director Christine Lagarde announced today. Mr. Hagan has worked at the Fund for 28 years, including almost 14 as General Counsel and head of the Fund’s Legal Department. He has announced his intention to take up a position in academia.

SET Announces SET Index Series Semi-Annual Review Results To Be Used In Second Half Of 2018

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) announces, the semi-annual index review results for the SET50, SET100, sSET, SETHD indices, and index’s  constituents of SETCLMV and SETTHSI to be used in the second half of 2018 (July 1 - December 31). There will be six additions to SET50 Index, 11 additions to SET100 Index, 23 additions to sSET Index and eight additions to SETHD Index. Total constituents of SETCLMV and SETTHSI, which will be officially launched on July 2, 2018, will be 31 and 45 securities, respectively.
