Globacap Partners With Archax For Digital Securities Trading - Archax To Provide Secondary Market For Token Issuances

Archax, the forthcoming London-based institutional digital securities exchange, today announced a partnership with Globacap, a regulated primary issuance platform for security tokens also based in London. Under this partnership, Globabcap will use Archax as a secondary market for the digital securities it creates for its clients, and Archax will integrate its exchange with the Globacap platform.

ESMA Issues Opinions On Product Intervention Measures By Sweden, France And The United Kingdom

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has today issued three opinions on product intervention measures taken by the National Competent Authorities (NCAs) of Sweden, France and the United Kingdom. ESMA’s opinion finds that the proposed measures are justified and proportionate and that it is necessary for NCAs of other Member States to take product intervention measures that are at least as stringent as ESMA’s measures.

The deal marks Nasdaq’s second CSD client in Latin America.
