  • EEX Sets New Trading Record In Skimmed Milk Powder Futures

    On Monday, 5th November 2018, the European Energy Exchange (EEX) achieved a new daily trading record in Skimmed Milk Powder Futures with a volume of 3,000 tonnes of goods equivalent. The previous record was achieved on 7th September 2018 with 2,800 tonnes traded. The products on the EEX’s dairy derivatives market comprise futures on butter, skimmed milk powder and whey powder as well as a liquid milk future. EEX is the leading market operator for risk management instruments referring to milk and dairy products in Europe.

  • SET Market Report For October 2018

    The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index at the end of October dropped 5 percent from the previous month and down 4.8 percent from end-2017 to 1,669.09 points, less decline than other Asian bourses.  The average daily trading value of SET and Market for Alternative Investment (mai) in October was THB 54.6 billion (approximately USD 1.65 billion), down 15.5 percent from the same period a year earlier. Local institutional and retail investors were net buyers in October.
