Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and section §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commission on February 3, 2020 its FAQs regarding Disruptive Trading Practices.

(NYSE:ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services, today announced a record trading day for the NYSE FANG+ Index futures contract. On Monday, February 3, a record 8,067 contracts were traded, compared to the last record of 7,884 contracts on February 2, 2018.
