MIAX Options - SPIKES Settlement Order Type Update

In support of the MIAX Options Exchange listing options on SPIKES™ (Ticker: SPIKE), a new time in force Settlement Auction Only (SAO) will be introduced. The new SAO time in force will be used for Index Settlement Auctions on settlement day only. Initially, the SAO time in force will be supported through the FIX Order Interface (FOI).
