Business debt hibernation (BDH) has been introduced to help companies, trusts, and other businesses affected by COVID-19 to manage their debts by allowing them to place existing debts into hibernation for up to seven months.

Nadex will observe the following product specific trading hours for the week of May 25, 2020:
Monday, May 25, 2020: The Exchange will be closed for this trade date.
Tuesday, May 26, 2020: The Exchange will observe regular exchange hours. Unless otherwise specified below, all intraday contracts offered on this date will open and close at their regular times. Other product specific hours are as follows:
- All Daily and Weekly Nymex/Comex-based Commodity, FTSE 100, Germany 30, Wall St 30, US Tech 100, US 500, and US Smallcap 2000 contracts will open at 3am ET and close at their regular times;
- All Daily and Weekly Currency contracts will open at 6pm ET and close at their regular times. The Daily Currency 7:00pm ET close time Binary contracts which would normally expire at 7:00pm ET on Tuesday’s trade date (Monday evening) will not be listed.
- All Event contracts listed on this date will open at 3am ET and close at their regular times.

IMF Executive Board Approves A Disbursement Of US$16 Million For St. Vincent And The Grenadines To Address The COVID-19 Pandemic

- The IMF Executive Board approved the request of St. Vincent and the Grenadines for emergency financing assistance of about US$16 million to help address the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The pandemic has hit St. Vincent and the Grenadines hard. Tourism receipts have dried up, as tourism arrivals have come to a complete halt.
- IMF support will help cover some of these needs and allow the government to ease the impact on the population including increased spending and health and social protection.

(NYSE: SF) and Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced that Stifel will leverage Nasdaq technology for its new Alternative Trading System, developed and powered by Nasdaq’s Market Technology. Canadian Securities Administrators: Temporary Relief From Certain Regulatory Filings Available To Investment Funds And Non-Investment Fund Issuers Due To Covid-19

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) today published two blanket orders that provide investment funds and non-investment fund issuers with temporary relief from certain regulatory filings and delivery obligations, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The conditions of the relief are substantially the same as the temporary relief announced on March 23 (prior relief), but the relief is only applicable to issuers and investment funds with filing deadlines in the periods described below.
