Nasdaq CSD Iceland Merges With Nasdaq CSD SE - Nasdaq Consolidates Its Central Securities Depository Business In Europe

Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced the merger of Nasdaq CSD Iceland with Nasdaq CSD SE (Nasdaq CSD). The combined company, Nasdaq CSD SE, will operate in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Iceland. Subsequently to the merger, the Icelandic branch will be positioned to leverage the full potential of Nasdaq CSD‘s securities settlement platform and links to create new opportunities for domestic and international clients. Migration of the securities settlement platform in Icelandic markets is scheduled to be fully implemented on 15 June.

Notice On Delivery Of China Government Bond Futures Contracts

This notice is hereby given on matters related to the delivery of the 5-year, 10-year, and 2-year China government bond (CGB) futures contracts due for settlement in June 2020:
1.The last trading day of 5-year, 10-year, and 2-year CGB futures contracts is the second Friday of the expiry month. Where the last trading day is a public holiday or trading of the contracts is suspended on that day for extraordinary situations or other reasons, the last trading day shall be postponed to the following trading day. The last trading day of the TF2006, T2006, and TS2006 contracts is June 12, 2020.

Nadex Temporarily Amends Binary Contracts Strike Width

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and Section 40.6(d) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) hereby provides notice that due to increased volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex made changes to the strike widths of various contracts during the week of May 18, 2020 as indicated in the Weekly Notice.
