Amman Stock Exchange Postpones Submission Of Annual Reports

In light of of the Jordan Securities Commission’s (JSC) decision to suspend the filing of disclosures of entities subject to its supervision until further notice, which came in light of the conditions that the Kingdom is going through due to measures taken to fight the spread of Corona virus, the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) decided to postpone the deadline of listed companies submission of their annual reports to it until further notice. The annual report of listed company includes the report of its board of directors, its audited financial statements, and its auditor's report. The submission deadline specified in legislations was due on 31/3/2020. The new deadline will be announced as soon as it is decided by the JSC.

China’s 1st Gas Energy Derivatives “Cloud” Listed Today

At 9 o’clock on the morning of March 30, Standing Member of the CPC Liaoning Committee and Party Chief of Dalian Tan Zuojun together with Party Chief and Chairman of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) Li Zhengqiang jointly struck the gong for the official listing of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) futures and options in the trading hall of DCE, marking the official listing of China’s first gas energy derivatives on DCE and a significant progress in the energy futures market system construction in China. The LPG futures contracts are listed for trading on that day, and the LPG options contracts will be listed and traded on the next trading day after the transaction of underlying futures contracts happened.
