No night trading session will be carried out on the night of June 24, 2020. The call auction session for all contracts on Jun 29, 2020 is 08:55-09:00 a.m. Night trading session will be resumed on the night of Jun 29, 2020.

Dubai Financial Market (DFM) today announced that the Rights Issue of Gulfa Mineral Water & Processing Industries Company is due to be tradable on the exchange between 21 June and 2 July 2020. Trading of the Rights Issue enables existing shareholders of the company who do not wish to subscribe to the new shares, which the company plans to issue as part of its capital increase, to sell all or part of their rights to other investors who do wish to subscribe. The Rights Issue is a financial instrument representing the rights that are legally granted to the company's shareholders to have priority in subscribing for the company's capital increase shares that will be issued.
