Minister Donohoe: Thank you very much. Good morning. I want to begin my comments by warmly welcoming on behalf of the government. Secretary Yellen, on what is her first visit to Ireland, since she was appointed as the US Treasury Secretary in January of this year. This visits by Secretary Yellen provides an opportunity for us to continue our engagement following our two meetings earlier this year, in June, at our g7 meetings in London, and in July, when it was my great pleasure to invite Secretary Yellen to join the Euro group meeting of finance ministers in Brussels.

London Stock Exchange Group Plc - Total Voting Rights

The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 5.6 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As at close of business on 29 October 2021, London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) confirms that its share capital consists of a total of 557,360,850 ordinary shares made up of: (i) 506,236,473 voting ordinary shares of 6 ^79/86 pence each, which carry one vote each; and (ii) 51,124,377 limited-voting ordinary shares of 6 ^79/86 pence each, which carry one-tenth of a vote each.  LSEG does not hold any shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in LSEG on 29 October 2021 is 511,348,911.  The above figure of 511,348,911 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, LSEG under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Financial Results Of The Companies Listed At Amman Stock Exchange Increased By 285% As Of 30/9/2021

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Amman Stock Exchange ASE, Mr. Bassam Abu Abbas, said that 168 out of 173 listed companies provided the ASE with the reviewed financial statements for the period ended 30/9/2021. The profits after tax attributed to shareholders for the public shareholding companies listed on ASE that provided the stock exchange with its financial data amounted to JD883.0 million, compared to JD229.3 million for the same companies and the same period of 2020, an increase of 285.0%. And the profits before tax amounted to JD1273.5 million for the first three quarters of 2021, compared to JD438.5 million for the same period of 2020, which represents an increase of 190.4%.
