Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions:

No GBP/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute contracts were listed on trade date April 26, 2021 for the 6:05pm and 6:10pm ET expiration times;

Fiserv Announces Secondary Offering Of Common Stock By New Omaha Holdings And Associated Repurchase

Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, today announced thatNew Omaha Holdings L.P. (“New Omaha”), which is owned by investment funds managed byKohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. , has agreed to sell in an underwritten public offering (the “offering”) a total of 20,000,000 shares of common stock ofFiserv, Inc. (“Fiserv” or “the company”). In addition, New Omaha has agreed to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of the company’s common stock.Fiserv is not selling any shares in, nor will it receive any proceeds from, the offering. NewOmaha will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close onMay 3, 2021 , subject to customary closing conditions. -

SEC Charges Eight Companies For Failure To Disclose Complete Information On Form NT

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged eight companies for failing to disclose in SEC Form 12b-25 filings that their request for seeking a delayed quarterly or annual reporting filing was caused by an anticipated restatement or correction of prior financial reporting. The violations were uncovered by an initiative focused on Form 12b-25 filings by companies that quickly thereafter announced financial restatements or corrections. Each of the companies was a public reporting company at the time of the violations and agreed to settle the Commission's charges and pay civil penalties.

Canadian Securities Regulators Seek Comment On Proposed Framework For Commodity Benchmarks

The securities regulatory authorities of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia today published for comment a proposed framework for the designation and regulation of commodity benchmarks and the persons or companies that administer them.

SEC Staff is pleased to provide you with the following updates:
- Updated Metrics. Data series containing daily cancel-to-trade ratios, trade-order volumes, hidden rates, and odd-lot rate metrics for Q1 2021 are now available. This data extends to 111 total months the data series you can view in the data visualization tool as well as download in CSV format. The visualization for quote-life data now defaults to Q1 2021.
