    On July 25, 2022, the first Lujiazui Financial Transaction Science and Technology Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Science and Technology Festival) was held online. Guided by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Science and Technology Festival was co-sponsored by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) and the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX). Entitled "Technology Empowers Development, Digital Leads the Future", the Science and Technology Festival focuses on hot topics such as digital transformation, fintech, autonomous & controllable, and science and technology supervision. It attempts to enhance communication, strengthen the scientific and technological innovation capability and effectiveness of the securities and futures industry, create a favorable ecology of co-building, sharing and win-win, and energize market players. Mr. Yao Qian, Director of Science and Technology Supervision Bureau of the CSRC, Ms. Zhang Ying, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Mr. Cai Jianchun, President of the SSE, Mr. Wang Fenghai, CEO of the SHFE, and Mr. Huo Ruirong, CEO of the CFFEX attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.

(SSIC) officially launched CNI ESG Ratings Methodology and released ESG indices and ESG leading indices of SZSE’s core indices (Shenzhen Component Index, ChiNext Index, Shenzhen 100) that were compiled based on the methodology. It is a pragmatic measure of SZSE to fully apply the new development philosophy, give full play to the platform functions of the capital market, continue to refine the index system with SZSE’s characteristics, actively meet diversified ESG investment needs, and better serve green, low-carbon and high-quality development.
