    At the 16th China International Oils and Oilseeds Conference held on November 10, Yan Shaoming, CEO of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), said that in the past decade, DCE has become the world's largest futures market of soybean meal, soybean oil and palm olein. A favorable market ecosystem has been formed in the oils and oilseeds sector, in which leading enterprises, upstream and downstream companies are deeply involved. As a result, the oils and oilseeds futures market is characterized by a stronger foundation, better structure and bigger roles. In the near future, DCE will further work on the perfection of the oils and oilseeds products and bring their market functions into full play. It will continue to promote the development of OTC market, facilitate the integration of the futures market and spot market, expand the scope of specified domestic products, enhance the influence of futures prices, and accelerate the opening-up of No. 1 soybean, No. 2 soybean, soybean meal and soybean oil futures and options to overseas traders.
