Tehran Stock Exchange To Handle More IPOs Based On Market Status

"There are numerous and diverse stakeholders in the Iran's capital market", referring to the current conditions of Iran capital market, Mahmoud Goudarzi, Tehran Stock Exchange’s CEO mentioned, and added that accordingly, Securities and Exchange organization (SEO), as the supervisory body and the exchanges, as executive arms have various functions. Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), in turn, has put the plan of admission of companies, specially, large companies into its schedule in order to deepen and diversify the market.

VC Funding Of $20.6bn Raised By Chinese Start-Ups During January To April 2022, Finds GlobalData

A total of 1,265 venture capital (VC) funding deals were announced in China during January-April 2022 while the disclosed funding value of these deals stood at US$20.6bn according to GlobalData. The leading data and analytics company’s Financial Deals Database reveals that this was the highest VC funding amount raised by any Asia-Pacific (APAC) country.

The European Association of CCP Clearing Houses (EACH), along with the European Central Securities Depositories Association (ECSDA) and the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE), welcomes the work of the OECD in trying to secure a global consensus over a fair taxation methodology for the digital economy. The three Associations have previously contributed to this debate through the OECD consultation on the “Unified Approach” under Pillar One. Today, the Associations would like to emphasize once again our call for carve-out, from the scope of the Pillar One, for CCPs, CSDs and Trading Venues, line with the approach followed by the OECD with other financial services institutions.

HKEX: Appointment Of Members To Exchange And Clearing House Consultative Panels

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited and Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), have approved the appointments to the Cash Market Consultative Panel, the Clearing Consultative Panel and the Derivatives Market Consultative Panel (collectively Panels or each Panel) respectively as the service terms of certain members are due to expire.
