CFTC Names Paul Hayeck As Acting Director Of Division Of Enforcement

Commodity Futures Trading Commission Acting Chairman Caroline D. Pham today announced Paul G. Hayeck as the Acting Director of the Division of Enforcement. Hayeck has served at the CFTC for 25 years and has been a deputy director in the Division of Enforcement since 2013. He will continue to serve as the acting chief of the Division’s Complex Fraud Task Force.

ICE Mortgage Technology, a neutral provider of a robust end-to-end mortgage platform and part of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), today released its June 2025 Mortgage Monitor report. The analysis of mortgage, real estate and public records data shows U.S. mortgage holders carried a record $17.6 trillion in home equity entering the second quarter of 2025, with $11.5 trillion considered “tappable” — that is, available for borrowing while maintaining at least a 20% equity cushion.

As at close of business on 30 May 2025, London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) confirms that its share capital consists of a total of 543,599,966 ordinary shares made up of: (i) 528,911,026 ordinary shares of 6 79/86 pence each (excluding treasury shares); and (ii) 14,688,940 ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in LSEG on 30 May 2025 is 528,911,026. The above figure of 528,911,026 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, LSEG under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
