Closure Of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange For Hari Raya Aidilfitri

The Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange wishes to announce that the offices of the Exchange and its subsidiaries will be closed in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri, as follows :- Friday, January 7, 2000; Saturday, January 8, 2000; Sunday, January 9, 2000; Monday, January 10, 2000.
31st December Non-Trading Day For KLSE And KLOFFE

The Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) has announced that for the KLSE Group Friday, December 31, 1999 is a non-trading, non-settlement day and non-CDS transaction day. It is, however, a working day for the KLSE Group. KLSE will resume trading and settlement on Monday, January 3, 2000.
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange To Run Real-Time Y2k Compliance Test

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange announced that it will conduct a final Y2K compliance test on Sunday, January 2, 2000.The Exchange is closed next Sunday, which normally would be a business day in Israel. Trading will resume Monday, January 3.
