Singapore Business Times in its report 'S'pore firm steps in with friendlier CLOB offer' yesterday stated that a Singapore registered company - Collective Custodial Services (Asia) Pte Ltd - has purportedly received verbal in-principle approval from the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange for its CLOB proposal.
