    The Tradepoint Stock Exchange's Millennium Weekend programme is progressing on schedule and the market will be open for business at 08:00 on Tuesday 4th January 2000.

  • The Toronto Stock Exchange New Years Trading Hours

    The Toronto Stock Exchange will be closing trading at 1:00pm on December 31, 1999. This special arrangement will allow securities firms to get an early start on processing year-end transactions. The TSE will also be closed Monday, January 3, 200 in lieu of January 1 2000 (New Years Day).

  • The Stock Exchange Of Hong Kong Is Fully Prepared For The Y2K Rollover

    The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong is fully prepared for the Y2K rollover. Rectification of the Exchange's securities and options trading systems, information services system, and other internal systems have been completed as early as mid-1999. A comprehensive Y2K contingency plan is in place and tested. The Exchange has also established co-ordination with other market operators, regulators and business partners to manage any possible Y2K problems.
