CBOT To Launch e-openoutcry.com On August 28, 2000

The Chicago Board of Trade today announced that e-openoutcry.com, the order entry system that routes orders direct to CBOT floor brokers, will be launched on August 28, 2000. E-openoutcry.com is the new browser-based order entry system that can be used by members and member firms in conjunction with the a/c/e trading platform or as a stand-alone order entry system.

428 Billion Euros In Turnover On The German Stock Exchanges In July - Equities Turnover For First Seven Months Nearly Double The Previous Year's Period - Xetra Sets Second Straight Record In Small And Mid-Cap Segments

Volume of 428 billion euros in equities, warrants and fixed-income securities was traded on the German stock exchanges in July, which is about the same volume as reported in July of last year. The total comprises about 328 billion euros in equities, warrants and exchange-traded funds and about 99 billion euros in fixed-income securities. Reduction Of Fees For Share Options And Share Index Options On Amsterdam Exchanges' Options Market

With effect from 18 September 2000 the fees for floor and prof transactions for share options and index options will be cut for some categories of seatholders at Amsterdam Exchanges' options market. This fee change will remain in effect until the introduction of the Euronext fees.

HKFE To Adjust China Mobile Futures Contract
