BrokerTec Futures Exchange Presidents' Day Holiday

BrokerTec Futures Exchange (BTEX) will close for trading of all futures contracts on Friday, February 14, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. (New York time). BTEX will remain closed on Monday, February 17, 2003, and will reopen for trading at 2:00 a.m. (New York time) on Tuesday, February 18, 2003.

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, announced today (Tuesday) the appointment of Marvin Cheung as the new Chairman of the Main Board's Listing Committee, effective 1 January 2003. Listing Committee members, Moses Cheng was named Deputy Chairman of the Main Board's Listing Committee, effective 20 January 2003 and Angelina Lee was appointed Deputy Chairman of the GEM Listing Committee effective 31 December 2002.
