CMS WebView Releases Version 3 Of Its Transactional Data Interface (TDI) Product

CME Announces Plans To Launch CME$INDEX Futures And Options Contracts

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) today announced that it has created a new dollar index, the CME$INDEX™, a geometric index of seven foreign currencies that is weighted to reflect the relative competitiveness of U.S. goods in foreign markets and will provide investors with a new instrument for currency speculation and risk management. CME$INDEX™ futures and options on futures contacts will be launched in early March for trading virtually around the clock on both CME's Chicago-based trading

WCE Holdings Inc. today announced the creation of Canadian Climate Exchange Inc. (CCE). CCE will examine and develop market-based solutions for the reduction of greenhouse gases. In particular, CCE will explore the concept and creation of an emissions exchange in Canada. CCE intends to participate actively in industry and government discussions examining emissions trading as part of the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol in Canada.
BrokerTec Futures Exchange Presidents' Day Holiday

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, announced today (Tuesday) the appointment of Marvin Cheung as the new Chairman of the Main Board's Listing Committee, effective 1 January 2003. Listing Committee members, Moses Cheng was named Deputy Chairman of the Main Board's Listing Committee, effective 20 January 2003 and Angelina Lee was appointed Deputy Chairman of the GEM Listing Committee effective 31 December 2002.
